Research Paper Checklist

As you write your research paper use the checklist below. When you are finished with your paper, go over the checklist again with a parent.

____  All pages are typed, double space

____  12 font of Courier, Times New Roman or Arial

____  Title page includes, project title, your full name, school, grade,

             homeroom teacher, due date (10/5/05)

____  Acknowledgements (a separate page)

____  Introduction (a separate page 1/2 - 1 page in length)

____  Background research (a separate page 1 1/2 - 2 pages in length)

____  Bibliography (a separate page 1 page in length) containing at least 4 sources using proper

            citation. Refer to MLA Style Bibliography page, just before page 1, in the agenda book.
