The following "Science Expo Notice" will be discussed in class. Students will copy this notice in their science project composition/logbook at that time. This will be the first entry in their log.

I am required to participate in a seventh grade Science Expo, which will cover AKS 7SC_A2005-1 through 7SC_A2005-9. I will be keeping a journal/logbook in a required composition book of all my activities as I work on my project. I understand that my project must be completed at home. My topic must be related to Life Science or Product Testing. I will be given additional information, including a proposal sheet that must be signed and turned in to my science teacher on September 5th. A research paper is required for the project and is due on October 5th. I am expected to keep up with all due dates in my agenda nook. My journal/logbook will be checked regularly. I am expected to buy a trifold board to display my project. The due date for my Science Expo Project is December 7, 2005.
